Primary Transformation is an organisation which was set up by Bruce Potts, who has an outstanding track record as a dynamic and innovative educationalist following 31 years as a teacher, deputy head and headteacher in schools across Britain.

He has worked in a variety of different settings (including 6 months as Director of the East Brighton EAZ) and is well known for the inspirational and motivational style of his presentations. He has now put together an exceptional team of consultants and trainers who will undoubtedly leave you feeling inspired, motivated and well prepared to put into practice what you will learn during the course of your contact with them.
